The can of Tribulus from American Supps contains 90 capsules. Each serving (3 capsules) contains 2250 mg of Tribulus Terrestris extract, which is the active ingredient in Tribulus. We recommend a daily intake of around 2500 mg of Tribulus, meaning three Tribulus capsules per day. This dosage results in 30 servings per can. The dose should be taken with a drink. We do not recommend taking more than three capsules per day and this should not be exceeded.
