Chicken Pita


200g turkey breast 
1 tomato 
1 small onion 
100g low-fat quark 
Iceberg lettuce 
Red Cabbage, raw 
2 tsp milk 
2 tsp soda 
Pita bread wholemeal 
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and fry well seasoned. Afterwards or during which touch the cheese with milk and soda. At choice can still be spiced up here. The iceberg lettuce, onion, tomato and red cabbage into small pieces. The pita pockets are roasted and then all the ingredients are placed in the pocket. Serving and enjoying. Bon appetit!
