Rice dish with succulent turkey breast and delicious peas.
200g chicken breast or turkey breast
200 ml milk
1 can of peas
Vegetable stock cube
Cut turkey breast fillet in stripes and fry well seasoned. After or during which heat the milk and add the vegetable stock cube. The whole tie with flour. Add the sauce, finally, the peas are added and simmered briefly. The sauce with the peas is poured over the meat and serve with rice. Bon appetit!
