1 Zing Cashew Cranberry Orange Bar
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
2 handfuls of oats
Juice of 1 orange
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Handful of ice cubes
Let chia seeds in 1 cup almond milk soak for about 10 minutes.
Zing bar cut into small pieces. The smaller the better.
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree.
