Hadi Choopan is an Iranian professional bodybuilder and Mr Olympia 2022. He is a big star in his homeland, adored by his numerous fans there. From 2011 to 2016, he was a permanent member of the Iranian national bodybuilding team.
Today, Hadi is signed to Evogen Nutrition and is trained by Pro Creator Hany Rambod, who also coached him on his way to his first Mr Olympia title.
Due to his origins, the professional bodybuilder is also known as the “Persian Wolf”.

Hadi Choopan Training
Since Hadi is trained by Hany Rambod, it is also very clear that Hadi is trained according to the FST-7 training concept developed by Rambod. FST stands for Fascia Stretch Training and the 7 refers to the seven sets that are usually performed as the final exercise for a particular body part. “Sevens” are more than just a pump set, however. They are a detail of a complete system designed for maximum hormonal response and muscle hypertrophy. When skeletal muscle is subjected to significant tension that damages the integrity of muscle fibers, this can lead to an increase in contractile proteins such as actin and myosin. The increase in contractile proteins in turn increases the cross-sectional area of the muscle, resulting in gains in strength and size.

Hadi Choopan's diet is not that different from the other athletes on the Evogen squad. The diet plan consists of lots of brown rice, skinless chicken breasts and avocados.

Since there were always difficulties with entry into the USA and the visa, Choopan's entry was in jeopardy for a long time. In 2019, Hadi was finally able to enter the country and was welcomed at the airport by Hany Rambod. Hany was finally able to look after his protégé and work with him on his progress. First of all, it was unclear whether Choopan should take part in the 212 or Men's Open, but the decision was made quickly and so the strategy could take its course.
