Pancakes with hot cherries

Ingredients for five pancakes: 
150 g of wheat flour type 550
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 tablespoons ground almonds
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar, homemade (from old vanilla beans and unrefined cane sugar)
a pinch of salt
1/3 tsp baking powder
a squeeze of lemon juice
150 ml soy milk (or other plant milk)
100 ml of water
little oil or margarine for frying
1/2 glass of sour cherries or cherries
150-200 ml of cherry juice
1 scarcer El custard powder or cornstarch
Cinnamon and sugar to taste

Preparation

Put the dry ingredients in a bowl mix, soy milk, water and lemon juice to add. Now mix everything. Now, the dough must be left to stand for about 10-15 minutes.
Then heat the pan with a little oil and add a little liquid batter. Pan cake by bake evenly.
The cherries with juice in a saucepan and cook . The custard powder until smooth and once the churches cooking add these and stir. Arrange the whole thing together with the pancakes. Enjoy
