American Supps Radical Riot suggested use
Mix 1 scoop (17 g) of Radical Riot with 250 ml of water and take 20-30 minutes before training or physical activity. Test tolerance with a lower dosage (e.g. 1/2 scoop) and if necessary do not take on an empty stomach. Do not take within 4 hours of going to bed.

Dietary supplement: Pre-workout with sweetener and caffeine (358 mg/day). Not suitable for children and pregnant women!
