Protein Bread

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free)
1/2 cup brown rice protein powder vanilla
1 cup liquid egg whites
2.5 tablespoons of coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup frozen raspberries

preparation:

In a bread pan and bake at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Klasse, es gibt leider selten gutes Brot zu kaufen für meine Defiphase. Da kommt mir dieses Brot Rezept echt gelegen:)
