Samson Dauda was born in Nigeria but currently lives in the United Kingdom. He is a prime example of how bodybuilding is a global sport and is growing. In his early years, Dauda was a rugby player. There they tried several times to persuade him to take part in competitions.
So he decided to talk bodybuilding with local gym owner Chris Jones. Jones told him about the preparation process and Dauda declined. But when he saw Phil Heath at Mr Olympia 2013, Dauda was amazed by Phil Heath's physique and he immediately decided that he wanted to enter the world of bodybuilding.
Samson Dauda took part in his first bodybuilding competition in April 2014. While Dauda initially took part in beginner competitions, he was quickly invited to take part in the main show.
Then Dauda realized that he had a chance to win the whole thing. To Samson's surprise, he took home the first place trophy that day, beginning his incredible journey.

Diet out off-season
Meal 1:
- 130 grams oats
